Fundraising
Fundraising builds partnerships with local businesses, pursues grant opportunities, and organizes special events. This team supports the chorus by managing donations and ensuring sponsors and donors are recognized and thanked.
Finance
Finance supports the chorus by tracking income and expenses, including member payments, ticket sales, and donations. This team processes invoices, prepares reports for the Executive Committee, and ensures compliance with nonprofit regulations, filings, and insurance requirements.
Member Relations
Member relations volunteers support activities and tasks that directly pertain to chorus members. This team coordinates social activities, tracks member contact information and rehearsal attendance, and communicates milestones and get well wishes.
Event Production
Concert Production keeps our concerts running smoothly by coordinating schedules, volunteers, equipment, and technical details. Working closely with the Artistic Director and venue staff, this team ensures a positive experience for performers and audiences alike.
Publicity & Marketing
Marketing and Publicity builds awareness of the chorus through media outreach, social platforms, and our website. This team coordinates creative volunteers and works with the board to promote concerts, events, and the chorus’s mission.
Music/Artistic
Music and artistic committee members support the music related tasks for the chorus. This team places music orders, collates and distributes music, and creates rehearsal notes.
